Cloud Intellect provides Salesforce and related technology training programs, including but not limited to:

Course content, schedules, faculty, and delivery format may be updated at our discretion to maintain industry relevance.
3. Enrollment and Fees
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed fee and completion of registration formalities.
- Course fees, payment schedules, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to pay installments as agreed may result in suspension of access to training materials and sessions.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the course batch, timing of cancellation, and materials already provided. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nikhilesh.a@cloudintellect.in. Processing fees, if any, may be deducted as per the enrollment agreement signed at admission.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Attend sessions regularly and complete assigned projects
- Not share login credentials, course materials, or recordings with unauthorized persons
- Maintain professional conduct during live sessions and interactions
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, videos, documents, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Cloud Intellect or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Placement Assistance
We provide placement assistance including resume guidance, interview preparation, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Placement success depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
8. Certification
We prepare students for Salesforce and related certifications. Certification exams are conducted by third-party providers (e.g., Salesforce). Exam fees, passing criteria, and certification validity are governed by the respective certification body.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Intellect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
